graze box

After seeing Gwen from 'the fashion is mine' do a blog post on her graze box I thought id use her code and get a free box to try myself, Im not the healthiest person so I thought it would be good to try out some healthy options. Graze is an online company that send a box through your door as frequently as you'd like, they have over a hundred things to choose from and its really simple to do.

My first box arrived on Friday and In my box I received the marvelous macaroon, yin and yang, billionaires shortbread and the orange and ginger flapjacks. I got to try fruits that ive never tried before and discovered healthy things I actually like. Each box comes with a leaflet explaining the contents - calories, carbs, fat, fibre etc. So you know exactly what your are getting which is a great idea.

My experience with graze has made me want to be more healthy, and I even got my mum to order her first ever graze box. Ive not yet decided if I want to carry on getting weekly boxes but if you would like to try graze then I got given a code in my order to share with my friends so that they can try out their very first graze box free, the code is 'MQ3DPK4'

If you decide to use the code let me know, also I want some more healthy snack ideas so if there is something that you love let me know in the comments below.

  4. Some kinda healthy snacks I can think of are:
Wholegrain pitta bread and a nice dip
Granola with either greek yoghurt and honey or milk(I love Jordan's Super Nutty! SO GOOD!)
Things like carrot sticks, slices of pepper
    Mini bowls of salad
homemade flapjacks, oat cookies (a nice treat but a healthier alternative to a shop bought pack of biscuits)

    Hope that helped :)
